Our season for mountain goat opens August 1^st. Goat populations are very high and we usually have several goats selected for our hunters prior to the hunt. Many of the goats that our clients harvest are 8 to 13 years old and qualify for the B&C Awards Book. During the last 20 years all of our clients whose priority was goat have gotten their goat; with the exception of one rifle hunter and one longbow hunter (the longbow hunter did harvest a prime bull moose on his 10 day hunt).
