Our season for moose opens August 15th. Moose populations are very good and prime bulls will have antler spreads from 44 inches to into the 60's. Harvest success rates are very high and many of the moose that our clients harvest qualify for the B&C Awards Book. The rut begins around September 12th. We’ve carefully managed our moose harvest for the past 39 years. Consequently, when you hear a moose answer our call you should be ready because it’s likely to be a big bull coming. We see as many big bulls as small bulls.
